South East Area Regional Manager

Freshtoday are hiring an experienced Area Manager/Field Sales Agent, to work in a growing, fast paced, school lunch company.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with school principals and school secretaries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Creating and communicating regular sales targets to the Managing Director for strategic deicision-making.
  • Demonstrating understanding of procurement principles and practices, with preferable experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Daily reporting to and working directly with the Managing Director, Office Administration & Human Resources teams.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and school preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Formulating strong business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
  • Travelling to schools as needed and attending industry events.
  • Answering telephones, sending emails and updating CRM.
  • Optimising and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards.
  • Candidates must have strong customer service skills, ambition, strong communication and organisation. You will be involved in all aspects of Sales Customer service, as well Client Relationship Management.

You must be strong in Excel with excellent computer literacy.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year.

Freshtoday is hiring a Hot Site Operations Manager for an office in Enniscorthy to work in a growing, fast paced, school lunch company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities of this role:

Role:

  • Responsible for the management and supervision of the hot site operatives including the, monitoring performance, identifying work priorities, allocating of workloads, paying particular attention to productivity and quality control through regular site visits.
  • To assist in co-ordinating of employees in conjunction with HR and in accordance with Freshtoday policies.
  • Highly motivated and energetic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer service ambassador
  • Liaises with all head office departments as necessary, working closely with the HR & Office Administration
  • Organising cover for staff absences
  • Lead by example with regard to values and attitudes.

Requirements:

  • Full Driver’s License (Essential)
  • Own Car
  • Minimum 3 years Management Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
  • Decision-making ability and responsibility of operatives
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required for this role

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per year
