Parts Retail Assistant

Based in our Borris Branch, you will play an important role in helping in the efficient running of a busy Agricultural Parts Department.
The role will involve ordering and despatching of parts for CLAAS and other machines to support both the customer base and engineers in the workshop. You will interact with customers on a daily basis both on the phone and in person whilst completing all necessary paper work.
Applicants are all required to be team players with good IT and communication skills.
Knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry is preferrable but not essential.

Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist in our Borris branch. The role is a full time position.
Duties of the role will include answering phones on a busy switch board, meeting & greeting customers,
administration work, updating company databases, scanning and filing.
The ideal candidate must have 2 years plus experience working in an office role as part of a team, and
also have the ability to work on their own initiative. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication
and IT skills and enjoy the every day challenges of working in a busy office environment.
