Kiely Gaule Insurance are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored
3. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring the best possible coverage and pricing for
4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely
5. Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date client records, ensuring all documentation and information is properly recorded in the client relationship

Qualifications:

1. Experience, 2‐3 years minimum as a Commercial Insurance Account
2. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and professional
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and
4. Proficient in using client management systems (Relay/Applied systems) and Microsoft Office
