What will you be doing?


We are looking for Financial Advisers and Administrative Officers to assist our customers in the credit application process.

  1. Assist customers with the credit application journey with Loanitt
  2. Handle customer queries via phone and email regarding their finance applications
  3. Role consists of largely phone and email-based responsibilities

The following criteria is essential:

  1. Financial Advisors must have a recognised qualification in financial advice - QFA, or APA in both Loans and Regulation.
  2. There is no qualification requirements for Administration Officer although experience of inbound/outbound call/sales experience would be an advantage
  3. Sales support skills would be an advantage
  4. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  5. Used to a fast-paced environment
