Mythen Construction Ltd. are a well-established and successful Building Contractor in the South-East, working on a range of construction projects.
We are seeking to recruit the following person: Health & Safety Officer
The duties of this role are as follows:
• Carry out Site Safety Audits
• Advise site management on Health & Safety (Rules & Regulations)
• Co-ordinate training of site safety for staff
• Report to Contracts Manger
• Carry out risks assessments as required
• Review & assist in producing method statements as required
• Hold regular site safety meetings with all sub-contractors
• Monitor all Health & Safety activities on sites and report findings to the contracts manager
• Monitor subcontractors on site to ensure that their work activities are coordinated to ensure the safety of all persons on site.
The Ideal candidate will:
• Have 2+ years’ experience in a construction environment
• Excellent communication skills both written & Verbal, & strong interpersonal skills
