Robert, who comes from Graiguenamanagh, Co Kilkenny was Ireland’s most viewed music star on TikTok in 2022 and possibly 2023.
Robert went Platinum with his acclaimed 2020 single, 'Fake Fine', and his latest song 'Casper' has received rave reviews, featuring on Spotify's New Music Friday playlist in the UK, Germany and Finland.
Niall and Sho chatted all about his love for music, TikTok fame and his upcoming tour.
With over 3 million followers on TikTok, and almost 40 million like on TikTok, Robert is known for sampling random sounds and turning them in songs.
Robert has announced an October tour lineup, with venues across North America and Europe on the list.
The tour will see him playing across venues in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin and Cologne.
The singer will also play an Irish gig at the Academy in Dublin on 26th October.
Casper is out now, and it features someone very close to home for Robert, his son Lincoln, who is featured on the track. Lincoln has gone viral after Robert posted a TikTok, and as of this interview, it has amassed 40 million views!
