Job description - Warehouse Operative

As we continue to expand, we are recruiting a full-time Senior Warehouse Team Member.
Based in our warehouse facility in Coleman, Fethard, Co. Tipperary, your role will involve
leading and managing the warehouse team to achieve operational targets and standards in a business where customer satisfaction is critical.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Priding yourself on excellent service you will ensure the highest warehouse standards are maintained.
• Ability to manage stock levels within the warehouse to meet requirements.
• Manage stock control, stock holding and stock loss.
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures.
• Accurate record keeping and the ability to provide reports when required.
• Co- ordinate deliveries to all shops.
• Demonstrate effective communication and team leadership which compliment the core value of James Whelan Butchers.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• FMCG background is desirable.
• APICS or Supply Chain/Logistics qualification is desirable.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
