We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Agents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and working hours to suit you.
Responsibilities: As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Selling Credit Card Machines:
- Proactively approach small and medium-sized businesses to promote and sell our cutting-edge credit card machines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our payment solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Selling Energy Contracts:
- Identify businesses in need of energy services and present our comprehensive energy contracts.
- Educate clients on the cost-saving advantages and environmental benefits of our energy solutions.
- Collaborate with the energy sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Benefits:
- Part time hours: 4-day week
- Annual Salary: €24,000 + fuel allowance + OTE (OTE Avg €20,000)
- Or create your own hours: @ €15 per hour + OTE (OTE Avg €30 per hour)
