Clamping staff raise concerns about the actions of co-workers

Two clamping staff working with Dublin Street Parking Services have raised concerns about the actions of some of their co-workers.

The clamping staff have stated that drivers were clamped when road markings weren't clear and that not enough of a 'grace period' was allowed before clamping a vehicle.

The employees also said some vehicles had been recorded as being de-clamped before they actually were.

Dublin Street Parking Services (DSPS) has denied any wrongdoing, and Dublin City Council says improvements to the system are being made.
