Irish Rail to hire staff in an attempt to tackle antisocial behaviour on South East routes

The playing of loud music on trains is one of the factors that's led to Irish Rail hiring more staff to tackle antisocial behaviour.

Customer service teams will now be seen on trains in the South East trying to control the levels of disruption caused by passengers.

There's been a recent increase in antisocial behaviour complaints in particular for people playing loud music without headphones.
