Petrol prices have now surpassed €2 per litre at some pumps in Ireland

Petrol prices have now surpassed the €2 euro per litre mark at some of the pumps in Ireland.

Following the EU leaders deal to block the imports of most Russian oil by the end of this year, the price of crude oil hit it's highest price in two months.

It means filling stations across the country have increased petrol prices.

Diesel had broke the €2 per litre mark last month, but that has now decreased slightly.
