Following a successful first outing, over 400 Grease fans turned out for the opening night of Kilkenny Castle’s first movie screening. Happenings and KPB return to the beautiful grounds tonight for the screening of Spielberg's E.T.
There will be a cafe open on site, and people are invited to bring a picnic. Organisers advise to bring something warm and blankets to sit on.There is a leave no trace policy at all Happenings events, if you bring, you take home.
Please note, parking is prohibited in residential areas around Kilkenny Castle. There is parking available in the multi-story car park on Ormonde Street.
Tickets will be available from the ticket desk at the castle. Entrance is through the main gates.
Gates open at 8.30pm and the film will start at 9.30pm.
