86 patients are waiting on a bed this lunchtime across the South East, according to the latest trolley watch report

Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show that 61 people are waiting on trolleys in Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, & South Tipperary, while a further 25 are in overflow wards.

South Tipperary General Hospital has the highest number of patients waiting on trolleys, followed by Waterford University Hospital.

Meanwhile, over 450 people are waiting on a bed at hospitals across the country this lunchtime.

371 people are on trolleys nationwide while a further 82 are in overflow departments.

Limerick University Hospital topped the list, with 54 people in need of a bed.

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda is next with 41 people on trolleys and overflow areas of wards.
