Over €50million allocated towards roads in the South East

The Transport Minister has announced 324 million euro in funding for roads.

Shane Ross says it'll pay for the maintenance of just under 2,000 kilometres of regional and local routes.

The Minister's added that the priority in 2017 continues to be the maintenance of our existing network which aims to enhance safety and support job growth.

Carlow will recieve €3,841,568 towards roads

Kilkenny have been allocated €9,724,107

€18,460,304 has been given to Tipperary

Waterford City & County is to get €10,891,434

while Wexford will receive €11,642,151
