Gardaí in Wexford are urgently looking to trace a dark grey/ black Skoda Fabia car (or similar) last seen with two male occupants on board in the North Wexford / Gorey Town/ Clogh areas, after it was alleged that shots were fired at a patrol car.
It's believed that the males may have been involved in the incident involving a firearm, where reports say a shot was fired during a pursuit, after a car evaded questioning by Gardaí.
Gardaí have said that it is being treated as an isolated incident for the moment.
Members of the public with information are asked to call 999.
