New funding programme launched for South East startups

A new investment programme has been launched for digital companies in the South East.

Irish early-stage tech investor NDRC has teamed up with Enterprise Ireland for the new initiative, which offers a 30,000 euro investment to new startups.

The 12-week programme, which commences in early April, will be based in the ArcLabs innovation centre at Waterford Institute of Technology.

Carl Power is the Head of Venture Investment at NDRC.

"The programme is aimed at very early stage companies who would have formed in the last 18 months or so.

"So we're looking across the entire region, and we'll be continuing to host a number of events and meeting startups across each of the counties."
