A two-year-old toddler in Southern California has been accidentally shot dead by her four-year-old cousin.
The toddler's grandfather has been arrested following the incident in their family home near Los Angeles yesterday.
Investigators say the four-year-old boy got hold of the gun and fired it, the result being the fatal injury of the little girl.
