Two taken to hospital after Tipperary collision

Two people have been taken to hospital following a collision in Tipperary earlier today.

The incident took place earlier this morning on the N24 through Kilsheelan, in which two cars collided.

The drivers of both cars were taken to South Tipperary General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, one was treated at the scene by paramedics. There were no other injuries following the incident.

Gardaí had been diverting people off the main Waterford-Limerick road, however the road has since reopened, with Gardaí advising caution.

They are also appealing for anyone with dashcam footage to contact Clonmel Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Line, or any Garda station.
