Waterford is the most expensive place to rent a house in the South East

Rent prices across the South East are continuing to rise, according to Daft.ie.

New figures show Tipperary is the cheapest place in the region to rent, at €853 a month.

Waterford is most expensive at just over €1,000 a month.

It costs an average of €963 a month in Carlow, €975 in Kilkenny and €863 in Wexford.
