Upcoming GAA Senior Club Championship Fixtures

With over 125 GAA Senior Club Championship Fixtures across the Country in the coming week, the South East has its fair share of mouth-watering clashes.

There are fifteen fixtures across the region, with action getting underway on Friday in Wexford.

Friday 2nd September

Kicking off in the Dominic Smith Expert Electrical Wexford Senior Football Championship.

Bellefield is the venue for the 2nd round meeting of Glynn-Barntown v HWH Bunclody. Throw in is at 7:30 pm

Saturday 3rd September

Action begins in the JJ Kavanagh and Sons Waterford Senior Hurling Championship Relegation Final

That see's Dunhill v Tallow at Fraher Field, with throw in at 1:30 pm

Moving to the Dominic Smith Expert Electrical Wexford Senior Football Championship Round 2 and there are two games down for decision.

Fist up, it's the meeting of St Anne's Rathangan versus Kilanerin at Chadwicks Wexford Park. Throw in is at 2:00 pm.

That's immediately followed by Shelmaliers v St. James at 3:45 pm.

 

Moving to the FBD Insurance Tipperary Senior County Hurling Championship and there are two fixtures in Round 3.

Littleton is the venue for Holycross/Ballycahill V Mullinahone at 3:45 pm.

Throwing in at the very same time, Toomevara meet Upperchurch-Drombane at FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles.

 

Sunday 4th September

Action gets underway in FBD Insurance Tipperary Senior County Hurling Championship second round.

Clonoulty/Rossmore take on Kilruane MacDonaghs at Templetuohy from 12:30 pm.

 

There are also eight teams in third round action

There are two throwing in at 2:00 pm. FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles is the venue for Borris-Ileigh V Drom-Inch

While Templederry Kenyons V Thurles Sarsfields takes place in Dolla.

At the later time of 3:45 pm, JK Brackens face Kil at FBD Semple Stadium,Thurles.

While Éire Óg Annacarty/Donohill take on Loughmore-Castleiney at Holycross.

 

Moving to the JJ Kavanagh and Sons Waterford Senior Hurling Championship Semi Finals and Walsh Park is the setting.

First up, it's Ballygunner v Roanmore at 1:30 pm. That's followed by the clash of  Mount Sion v De La Salle at 3:15 pm. 

 

The second round of the Dominic Smith Expert Electrical Wexford Senior Football Championship has three fixtures down for decision.

Chadwicks Wexford Park hosts a double header from 2:00 pm. First up, it's St. Martin’s v Starlights, followed by the meeting of Gusserane O’Rahilly’s and Crossabeg/Ballymurn at 3:45 pm.

Castletown v Sarsfields gets underway at the later time of 7:00 pm in Bellefield.
