Following hundreds of incredible entries, we finally have a Great Beat Bake Off winner with Joyces Expert Wexford.
20-year-old Wexford native and WIT student Sarah Brennan took home the gong by unanimous decision on Beat Breakfast this morning with her amazing Cookie Monster creation.
Sarah told us that she baked the creative sponge cake for a little girl across the road who was missing her grandad.
