O’Brien Transport (Newbawn) Ltd are looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join our growing team and assist in the day to day support of this busy department. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to get involved in the daily operation of various administration projects.
Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing and Filing Paperwork.
- Generating customer invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers and drivers.
- Responding to calls, emails and queries from customers.
- Chasing Debtor payments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills and experience of managing a varied workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
- Attention to detail and good planning skills are essential for the role and someone who has an interest in dealing with customers/public in general.
