Angela Hayes, founder of the Thomas Hayes Trust explains what'll be happening

"It's our third year running this event and it's when cyclists from Waterford, Kilkenny, and Carlow come together and they cycle on turbo trainers on the town hall in Kilkenny City.

They cycle from 4 pm on June 2nd until 4 pm on June 3rd.

It's a great awareness campaign for Mental Health and the services that are available in Kilkenny.

John Flynn approached me with the idea and I said it was a great idea.

It was something that hadn't been done before on the town hall.

It's great to have the support of the Mayor of Kilkenny and then the rest of the Mayors followed through with that.
