Gardaí are working with revenue officials to check for green diesel usage across Kilkenny today.
The checks form part of Operation Storm, which has been responsible for the seizure of drugs to the value of €30,000 across the county over the last few days.
Searches have already been carried out and a number of checkpoints will be mounted throughout the day.
Gardaí added that a significant number of arrests have already been made as of this morning.
