11 horses were seized in the Knocklofty area of Ardfinnan Co. Tipperary yesterday evening.
The remainder of the animals are being seized this morning - approximately 7 or 8.
They're being taken to a pound in Munster.
The horses are healthy but they are being impounded due to safety issues with regard to the public, as they're roaming free.
