A man in his mid-70s has been arrested and charged after an investigation into a fatal workplace incident.
A 23-year-old male was fatally injured and a 25-year-old male received non-life threatening injuries in the incident, which took place in Fethard, Co Tipperary, on Sunday 26th June, 2016.
The incident occured when a work vehicle overturned that Sunday evening.
The man in his 70s was remanded on bail to appear at Clonmel District Court on the Tuesday, 23rd June 2020.
