Man in his 30s in critical condition following shooting

A man in his 50s has been arrested after a man was shot in the Hazel Grove area of Tallaght in Dublin this afternoon.

The victim who is in his 30s was walking his dog at the time of the incident.

He is in a critical condition in Tallaght hospital, while it's understood his dog died at the scene
