Tipperary TD Mattie McGrath was one of the people behind a "shouting match" in Leinster House today.
The Independent TD ended up in a ferocious row with with Rural Affairs Minister, Michael Ring, over a review of the budget for ministerial press advisers.
The Tánaiste, Simon Coveney, hit back at Deputy McGrath saying his attempt at making headlines today had failed.
