Transport Infrastructure Ireland to count every manhole along the route the US President will take to Doonbeg

Transport Infrastructure Ireland has been asked to count every manhole along the route the US President will take to Doonbeg Golf Course.

The White House confirmed on Tuesday that Donald Trump will visit Ireland next month.

Once every manhole and drain along the N19 and M18 has been counted, it will be welded shut.

The Irish Independent reports that sniper towers will also be erected around Doonbeg for the US Secret Service.
