Waterford cancer care support unit, the Solas Centre is hosting Breast Self-Examination Information Sessions in Waterford this October.
The classes are being carried out as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
All classes will be led by a specialist nurse from the Marie Keating Foundation.
The talks will take place (along with a cuppa) at the charity's Williamstown Centre in Waterford City on Saturday, October 21st at 11am, 12pm and 1pm.
