Cara Delevingne and St. Vincent, whose real name is Annie Clark, have been dating for a while now, but it's believed the pair might soon be Mrs & Mrs because Cara has been spotted with a bobby dazzler on her left hand.
The model and actress, who is currently on the promotional trail for her new movie Suicide Squad, uploaded a photo to Instagram and there on her ring finger is what appears to be an engagement ring.
