Clubs in Berlin reopen tonight

Berlin's clubs will open this weekend, as Germany lifts Covid-19 laws.

If you've been to Germany's capital recently, you might have noticed strict public health measures and the absence of their famous clubs.

From tonight, that all changes. After three months of no clubbing, nightlife resumes this weekend with no masks or social distancing.

You will, however, still need proof of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 along with a negative antigen test.

So, if you're a fan of the likes of Hoppetosse, Berghain, or Paloma you can now once again stick your head in the door for a bop (or two).

If you're staying in Berlin until Tuesday, there's even better news. Because Tuesday (International Women's Day) is a public holiday in Berlin, Monday is also a pretty huge party night.
