Here's why WandaVision on Disney+ is the show we all need right now

We're with you. We miss getting lost in the sheer epicness of a superhero movie at the cinema.

Between Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther and Captain Marvel, we didn't know how lucky we had it when it came to superhero epics over the last few years.

With Covid putting a pause on a cinema date any time soon, Disney+ has set out to recapture those awe-inspiring superhero visuals with a touch of retro TV for its upcoming Marvel Studios miniseries WandaVision.

Set after the events of Avengers: Endgame and starring Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany as Vision, the miniseries sees two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives before they begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

The series is directed by Matt Shakman while Jac Schaeffer serves as head writer.

WandaVision is available to stream exclusively on Disney+ from Jan 15.
