Five people have died in a shooting at a gay nightclub in Colorado Springs.
At least 18 others have been injured following the late night attack at the venue.
Club Q has described it as a hate attack and say its 'devastated' - and thanked what it calls the 'quick reactions of heroic customers' that helped stop the gunman.
They posted this message on their Facebook page.

Local Police Lieutenant, Pamela Castro says officers were alerted just before midnight and numerous officers and medical immediately responded to the area.

She said they located one individual inside the venue who the believed to be the suspect who is currently in custody and being treated in hospital.
