Car manufacturer Ford has revealed it'll start selling incomplete cars at a discount.
The cars will be able to be driven and be near completion, with chips that power certain non-safety features missing.
The cars will likely be sold directly to dealers, with Ford shipping the semiconductors to them for installation within one year.
It comes during a worldwide shortage of chips that has led to overcrowding at Ford factories.
