Emergency services at the scene of crash on the M9 motorway

Officers are currently at the scene and are managing traffic.

Emergency services are dealing with a crash on the M9 motorway.

The two-car collision happened southbound between junctions 8 and 9.

One lane of the motorway is closed, but traffic is still moving.

Gardai and the ambulance service are at the scene.

The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
