Gardai seized a number of vehicles today at checkpoints in Wexford.
A horsebox trailer was seized by Gardai at a checkpoint in Gorey after they discovered exposed wires and no safety chain on the vehicle. It was considered "dangerously defective."

Three other vehicles were seized by Gorey Gardai for a number of offences including no insurance, NCT, non-conforming reg plates and bald tyres.
