In the UK, investigations are underway following the discovery of polio, a virus which hasn't been contracted there since the mid-eighties.
The UK Health Security Agency says it's likely there's been some spread "between closely linked individuals" in east London.
It was detected during routine tests at a sewage plant.
The virus, which in rare cases causes paralysis, has been mostly eradicated worldwide due to vaccines.
