Robbie Williams returning to Ireland to play Aviva Stadium

Robbie Williams will return to play in Ireland in 2017.

He'll be performing at the Aviva Stadium on June 17th as part of his Heavy Entertainment Tour. The news was announced this afternoon at a special press conference at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin.

Robbie last played a stadium gig in Ireland in 2013 when he performed at the Aviva Stadium. He has performed at Slane Castle twice and brought 250,000 people to the Phoenix Park over two nights in 2003.

The news comes on the same day as his former bandmates in Take That sold out two 3Arena gigs for 2017. Robbie will also be appearing on tonight's Late Late Show.
