A crowd of 7.250 spectators made their way to UPMC Nowlan Park for the doubleheader semi-final day, which ended in joy for Waterford and Cork.

Their opponents will contest an astonishing eighth final in the last ten, having lost the last two finals against Galway and Kilkenny.

Waterford last featured against Antrim in '45, losing out in their only final appearance by a scoreline of 5-02 to 3-02.

Supporters of this extremely talented South East side will be hoping for a better outcome in 2023 and took to SETU Arena last Thursday (July 27) for a special supporter's evening.

Fans of all ages visited the Arena to watch the players train, ask questions and pose for photographs with their stars.

Additionally, there was a pop-up shop on the evening which allowed supporters to stock up on bunting and flags, ahead of Sunday's 5:00 pm throw-in at Croke Park.
